We are happy to announce that Hoiio’s Call Tracking App can now be integrated with Zapier.
Zapier is a Webapp-Automation service which makes it easy to automate tasks between web apps. It allows you to create connections and transfer data between web apps even if you don’t have any knowledge in programming. Besides the well known apps like Gmail, Dropbox, and Facebook, Zapier allows you to even integrate with other web apps such as Asana, Twitter, Freshbooks, GitHub, MailChimp and many more. An automation example is that you could set your Gmail attachments to be saved to Dropbox automatically through Zapier.
What kind of automation can you do with Hoiio Call Tracking when it is integrated with Zapier? Some examples include:
- Create a new ticket in your Helpdesk System (e.g Zendesk, Uservoice) when you receive a call
- Create a new sales deal in your CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Podio, Pipedrive) for every call
- Create a todo/action item for every missed call in your note taking app(e.g. Trello, Google Docs/Sheets, Evernote, etc)
