Hoiio has launched a feature that has been requested for some time. It is the capability to know whether a call to the user is a forwarded call from Hoiio’s Direct Line or a phone call to his personal line. This feature has already been launched in Virtual Line previously.
To do this, you can choose your Direct Line or Virtual Line number to be displayed as the caller ID for incoming calls via your Virtual Line or Direct Line configuration settings. This means that you can choose to see either the caller’s mobile number (for easy calling back) or your own Virtual Line/Direct Line number (to distinguish business from personal calls).
With this feature, you can be sure which incoming calls are personal calls and which incoming calls are from your Direct Line or Virtual Line number.
